Twin Doves Golf Club is to be the first private and exclusive Golf Club in South of Vietnam. It offers a 27-hole international standard championship members golf course. Located 1.5 hours from Saigon, the Twin Doves parkland course separates Luna, Mare, and Sole into three nines. The Saigon golf course is one of the best-conditioned layouts in the Saigon area and uses Paspalum turf and extensive landscaping. On the 165 hectare site in Binh Duong Province we have asked P+Z Development to design a27 hole international standard golf course. This company was chosen for their excellent work previously done in Vietnam. To complement this golf course we have an extensive club house with spacious locker rooms, restaurant and banqueting facilities. The project will also construct fairway villas, serviced apartments, recreational facilities, hotel with a conference centre and an International school. With the views of rural Vietnam, the Luna Course comprises many small hills, fruit orchards, and neighboring forests. The mounding and land shapes combine to form challenging hazards, and rolling hills connect five holes, and tree-lined fairways flank the rest. The Mare Course is more natural, with all holes flanked by creeks and trees. Fairways are narrow, and accurate shot-making is critical to scoring well. Most greens are multi-tiered and guarded by water hazards, making shot accuracy paramount to a good score. The Mare Course is the most exciting of the three nines. The Sole Course features island green, beach bunkers, and plays around a blue lake. The nine is both visually appealing and challenging. Also unique to this nine is seven par-4s and only one each, par-3 and par-5. Most golfers prefer to avoid the Sole Curse for this unconventional routing.
